Personal Training

Personal training is for individuals who needs one on one personal attention. We create a new individual program for each potential client. With motivation combined with diet and exercise, each client can achieve their fitness goals. We treat each member as a unique individual and not just another number. Personal training is effective by using a variety sequencing and a proper form to sculpt the body as a piece of art.

Morning Crunch

The “Morning Crunch” is designed to deliver superior results, this is not your average training. On Tuesdays, Morning Crunch offers cardio kickboxing. So bring your gloves and enjoy the fun!

Cardio Kickboxing

Cross Training

Cross training applies multiple methods incorporating resistance training, strength training, and core training. This style uses a variety of exercises that include specialized equipments such as battle ropes, slam balls, resistance slides, weighted vests, parachutes, medicine balls, box jumps, and endurance running.
